Should there be a law against perfume & after shave?

As an ex smoker i constantly heard how my second hand smoke would "CHOKE" people and make them sick. It never seemed to do this years ago. I had a serious problem with strong body odor or perfumes. Should those people be required to stand 50 feet from the building in the weather.

I prefer after shave and cologne to showering.

I've been to weddings where we were requested not to wear it because the brides mother was deathly allergic but as long as it's in moderation I don't have anything against it.
