Seriously, some of them are insane themselves. My mom works at a hospital as a nurse. Awhile back she heard this loud gun shot. She rushed over and saw the scene. It turns out that a hospital social worker made his clients sit in a circle, he sat in the middle and blew his brains out. My mom quit working at that hospital and was really affected by it.

Plus my sis had a bad experience with a therapist. She found it hard to break up with the lady because everytime she warned she was leaving, the lady near about cried. Tears actually welled up in her eyes. She talked way too much, and my sister fell asleep alot.

I had a therapist who wasn't that bad but wasn't that helpful. But after seeing her major Public Display Of Affection with her boyfriend or whoever, I got weirded out so I convinced my mom to get me out of sessions with her. She also totally ignored me, but I guess she was busy, lol.

And I know this kid who claims he's going into psychology to be a therapist and he's crazy as hell. He smokes, and drinks and he's underage.

Should Therapists be mentally evaluated before going into the profession and screwing with patients.
Ms. S, it's possible to test them. My mom has to get medical checks every year as part of her job requirements. She also has to take standard nursing tests to make sure she knows her stuff and she's been a nurse for 30 years.

Therapists requirement should be evaluations. If they have serious serious issues, they need to work it out before they pass it on. I don't know, but judging from alot of people's experiences, there are ALOT of bad therapists out there.
