Should the US Constitution be banned?

Because of its age, the Constitution carries some arguably obsolete principles. Human rights are often undervalued. Freedom of speech and freedom of religion often undermine basic human rights principles. For example, when persons are allowed act stupid and criticise the government by speaking out against the governmental body or voting against the body in an election, the fundamental rights of the majority are violated due to innate stupidity. Also, religions are equalised while this is impossible since religious have varying ethical grounds. For example, Christianity, in nature, is far more rooted in bigotry than more tolerant and peaceful religions such as Buddhism or Islam.
