Although the scots executive (its not a government) were allowed some devolved power,the UK government has the ultimate responsiblty for its "good government" so as it seems Salmond is little better than a black man would be at running their country,Britain must step in. Note. in the 80s the isle of man,who has their own parliament and government,refused to accept a ban on birching by the ECOHR. The UK government sent a judge to free a youth so sentenced. It was said Britain had to ensure their "good government" the same thing will apply.
