Would the UK be better off without being under the thumb of the Yanks? All they seem to do it drag us into wars that we didnt even start, i mean we owe the Americans nothing any more, the ww2 debt was paid off 4 or 5 years ago , so they dont have anything on the uk any more "oh you still owe us money for ww2 so we are dragging you into war with us"
Would we be better off if we stood without an alignment with anyone and just looked after our own interests? could this actually happen or are we in to deep with the Americans, ok you may say well what about lines of trade with them, but there's the rest of the world to trade with surely.....???
