Should the teacher be fired for having the children praise Obama during Black

The song was originally a Religion and Replaced by Obama. So THEY are praising him like a God. Religion and School is separated. A teacher earlier this year got fired for listening to Religious music, but she did not force the children to sing it. How is that equal?
I do not see Obama indoctrinating, I see this action was took by an individual. I believe the teacher should be fired. The President was not involved. There's a difference.
