...their wishes? How can American people just sit back and allow any senate to change laws back and forth to accommodate their needs. It's abuse of their office and shows their willingness to be unethical and doing their will rather than the will of the people.
I would think the State Supreme Court might have jurisdiction? As for being consistant I would think jumping back and forth across the fence to manipulate their will is the only thing consistant about the Mass Senate. I'm not saying I know the answer,I'm asking your opinion and a smarta_ _ remark is all the left has offered so far. That is consistant!
