like the DUKE SEXCAPADE? THE DUKE LACROSSE TEAM hired two commercial sex workers, they didn't like the performance nor the workers, insults, the players paid them half the agreed upon money, the strippers were fighting mad, a player wielded a broomstick, they manhandled them to get them out of the house, and admittedly touched them. A melee of 40 DL PLAYERS against 2 csws at a party gone wild. What new laws are in place to prevent this from happening again? Who should hold or safeguard the csws money if a dispute arises over the quality of the performance? A legal
contract should be mandated to hire csws.
Now that the children of the affluent are selling themselves and participating in commmercial sex worker activities will we see more legislation to protect the csws from violence and theft of services from the customer or customers?
The csws need licensing and certification that they can deliver a standard performance and the protection of the law to assure that they are paid for their service if the law is going to allow these events to take place. The state should require waivers for the ensuing fallout from these type drunken parties.
