K Kaffo New member Apr 17, 2010 #1 All votes have to be carried by a 11-1 majority. Any two teams can be in cahoots to put a stop to any proposals being put forward. Shouldn't it be a 7-5 or 8-4 majority? (It's not even 11-1 on a murder jury for a majority)
