Should the speed limit on motorways be increased to 100 mph seeing as most

drivers already seem to do so? Its like Brand's Hatch some days, what with all these nice new cars zooming past my old banger, there's nothing more I like better doing than slowing the other drivers down on b roads, lol.
Anyway should the limit be raised?
