presently if a woman says NO and the man carries on its rape

radical femistis want that consent should be in affimative
like a woman has to say "yes lets have sex' only then a man can carry on

also they say a man should ask twice to confirm that she is saying yes.

is this right?
 
Personally, I require any female I am going to sleep with to write a dissertation on why she would like to sleep with me. Her writing of the paper must be witnessed, documented, and notarized by a licensed notary. Next, it must pass a rigorous defense as a thesis paper before a panel of judges with expertise in fields ranging from philosophy to some of the more esoteric branches of quantum physics.

Finally, she also has to say, "Yes, let's do it. Hardcore." But if she messes up this last phrase, it's all for naught, and she has to start over again.
