should the lenght of cricket pitch be reduced?

i see people saying that the modern game has become completely batsmans game and its true.suggestions to improve life for bowlers is mostly around producing more seamer friendly pitches or tweaking he rule of the game a little-like allowing more bouncers why cant we change the rules a lot? my suggestion is his:
1-no limit to bouncers bowled.
2-no non lbw when bowl piches outside leg-same rule as offside pitching ball
3- reduce cricket strip to 20 yards.
4-no runs allowed behind the wicket-just like baseball.that would cut down the easy shots like upper cuts and make way for genuine hooks and pulls for bouncers.
are these suggestions any good?
your answers make me think, but still i am not convinced all my suggsions are useless.
is right that bouncers cannot be limitless but why not allow lets say 3 bouncers in the over.
and be more severe on wides like you are now.so no bounces just to stop you from scoring.i say no upper cuts because its an easy shot and does not require that much skill.we can have a v shaped region out of bounds for run behind the batsman.so many late cuts would still be preserved.and a well timed shot going in the gully will be as valid as it is today.right leg glance is a beautiful shot and will be negated, but thats a small loss compared to what we will gain.also having ten keepers behind will be foolish.batsman can always hook or pull the bouncer in front, without any fear.

i say reduce the lenght of the pitch because it will restore a dimension of the game that has become lost.beating batsman just for pace.how many batsman gets bowled these days just for pace?a batsman get defeated by swing or movement but almost never for pure pace.by reducing the lenght of the pitch a little that dimension of pure speed as a threat will be added.good bowlers will quickly adjust to the new lenght, thats not that big a problem i am sure.
a batsman not having any runs in a region behind the wicket but still can be out there is not unfair.because he does not have to hit there its his mistake the ball went there.its a penalty for the mistake.simple.
