Lets be honest here, the doctor got it so massively wrong in the case of this convicted mass murderer. The man was released as a free man on Aug. 21st 2009 to return home with a firm statement from Kenny MacAskill, the Scottish Justice Secretary, that he had only 3 months left to live due to terminal prostate cancer. 18 months on and he is still alive, ridiculous. Please don't give me grief about his innocence, like it or not he was convicted. So should the doctor, who clearly has no clue what he is doing, be struck off?
