Should the Browns hire Ted Thompson as GM?

He has a proven track record of running QB's out of town.
I am hoping he runs both out of town.

Nah, hire Holmgren. He'll find a QB on the bench of another team and develop someone into a great QB (not elite, but great). They're talking about hiring him as a consultant, but I think GM is a better idea.
