Should terrorism be talked along with border security and immigration?

Do you want to live in east Berlin?Why do wee need a fence on the southern border?If i recall corrcetly werent the convicted terrorist that came in with explosives(and were caught)up along the canadian come in through Canada?Why havent we talked about border security up north where terrorist have already came in?or is this a way for someone to get there political issues across with fear?
