Okay so, I went to the Sprint store today just to look, and they no longer sell my phone. I have the Samsung Exclaim. Its okay, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone though. I mean, i have gotten like 3 replacements for it! We pay $7 a month for it in case it needs to be fixed. I haven't had a back on my phone for a few months, and when i asked them about it they said "We don't sell that phone anymore, Sorry." And i told them that I pay for it to be fixed and they said "sorry, i can sell you a different phone.." I said, no thank you... Now, the phone itself is not 'broken' . It still works! It just doesnt have a back, the camera is dented , etc. But i have a 2 year thingy? So, If i go in there again, should i tell them that they should give me a new phone for free because i'm paying them to fix it, but they won't? Or what? Or should it be upgraded or something? Otherwise I'll go the next 10 months without a back on my phone, and all the other details. The back of my phone is the most important to me because my battery keeps falling out without it. Anyway, what are yalls thoughts?
