On one hand, truly intentional attempts at suicide would be more reliably fatal.

On the other hand, less-than-intentional attempts would be more reliably fatal.

What are your thoughts on the ethical implications?
I'm not some kid with a trivial question, I'm asking for your ethical thoughts wherever they may lead.

I want to hear your logic.
