It makes as much sense as an uneducated, ignorant (and often untalented) celebrity gets involved in politics so why not?

Oh, and I'd drop the team like a hot tamale.
 
Suppose your favorite professional sport team starts to show support for illegals in some ways, like Phoenix Suns wearing "Los Suns" on their uniforms for one game, in support of illegal "Hispanic" community & showing opposition for new Arizona law.Would you still support your team with $$ and morally?..Or would you drop it like a "bad habit"?..
"M" - Maybe LEGAL immigrants do attend pro-sports games and pay for tickets but I doubt very much that illegals who barely are making ends meet in today`s economy have $$ to go and attend pro. sport games..
