Should prisoners fix our cars for free?

should prisoners be taught how to fix car and fix ppl's car's for free and in turn they get free food and shelter!
should ppl take their cars to prison instead of sleazy auto-shops!
hey, how will they screw you, they can't charge you labor or some fake charges because you ain't paying them, and if they take some parts out what will they do with it?
Plus, you can monitor them working from cameras while sitting in the lobby
 
i dont think so...,most havent even passed the thrid grade let alone trust them with a car....
