Should President Barak Obama have asked GM CEO Rick Wagoner to step down? If so then where does his power end and should we all fear for our jobs during this economic turbulance?

He and his buddy Hugo are nationlizing the country as fast as they can.

obama has just converted all TARP money to common stock, giving the white house ownership of most of the US banks..

Nationalized health care, auto industry, oil, banking, wall street, all in 100 days ? WOW !

Chavez ain't got nuthin on obama !

No, he should not have asked Wagoner to step down. He should have fired him outright, for cause, without giving him a chance to walk away with dignity.

The President was doing what any good businessman would do with the company he runs -- and he does run it, since the government is owned by we, the people, and thus we now own GM, and we elected Obama to be our "CEO" -- find out who's responsible for wrecking the company before he came into control, and fire him.

Yes, we should all fear for our jobs, since we're still dealing with the effects of Bush's crazy harebrained economic schemes. But jobs will come back, because now we have a President who actually cares about it.

THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE BEGGED FOR OUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

He could have kept his job and let the company go under, without our money.
