Should polygamists with a work/investor visa be subject to US law regarding polygamy?

Let's assume the Sultan of Dubai, wanted to live in New york for a while and watch over his Business holdings (Citi-Group) for a period of 2 years, should he be required to divorce al lbut one of his wives?

OK, he would have diplomatic immunity, let's go for one of his lesser cousins with big investments int the US.... same scenario
 
no he shouldn't but bc america is a christian country he would have to. see how badly religion screws things over?
