I mean standardized tests, that can show the candidate in action solving a challenge.It could be something as simple as a test, and a strategy game. I'd like to see Romney and Obama solve Rubic's cube the fastest, or work on a team building a motor cycle,or run a small business, or whatever idea, the U.S. voter would post and vote on which tests they wanted to see. Or what knowledge,or skills might be important, and a poll where people could fill out questionaires, such that you could be given an anonymous group chat room persona. The personas in the chat room vote a leader and this forms groups that vote for leaders all the way to the top. The idea being that a good idea could come from anyone and be lifted to the top .
