A lot of people vote that have absolutely no clue what the different policys and budgets of the parties are. Should this be allowed or should their be a test that you have to pass in order to vote. Children can't vote because it is assumed they don't have the necesary knowledge to make an informed decision. Shouldn't adults who don't have the necessary knowledge to make an informed decision also be unable to vote?
Should people who have no basic knowledge of policy to be able to vote?
