I think he's done pretty damn good at putting together the best young team in the NBA... Hedo bolted on him and it really wasn't his fault. Signing Paul Millsap to that "big offer" would make for the best bench in the NBA and would back up Oden if he gets injured.
On the other hand he has really screwed up the re-signing of Brandon Roy and LaMarcus Aldridge. He also is to attached to the team he has to even give up Nicolas Batum for Gerald Wallace (before the trade deadline).
