they consume more, so they pollute more... more material being drooped to the sewage. and more garbage by-product of a bigger consumption of products.
other then that, more natural habitat is converted into farm land to satisfy the hunger of the obese. they are practically destroying the planet, well we all do... but obese defiantly "help" allot. getting rid of obesity would defiantly be good for all the world. so the list they can do is pay more money to be used to fix the problems they make.

No, I think drug addicts and smokers and women who have a ton of kids out of wedlock should pay more.

They are a drain on our healthcare.
