She has a BMI of 39, which means she's obese. We're fraternal and completely different, by the way. She went to the nutritionist and is on a diet and has exercises, but a big part of her losing weight is sports. She's doing lacrosse, but most of the time she just says that her neck hurts. She had an injury in the fall, but I'm pretty sure at least now if not then as well, she's faking it. My mom suggested going to a weight loss camp over the summer. She's afraid that it might be mean and I think it could be degrading. My twin's angry at the idea, but she's been ruining a lot of opportunities for herself because of this. She needs to lose the weight for her health and we're all worried about her. She's been following the weight loss plan besides her lacrosse. What should we do?
Oh yeah, and if you've been to a weight loss camp, how was it? How did you feel going to it? And how effective was it? Thanks!

im sixteen and i have the same BMI. i would like to go to a weight loss camp to loose weight but maybe you should change your family's eating habits and maybe go to the park and do actives that keeps them moving. or maybe even try a gym. weight loss camps are expensive and what good would it do if they dont learn anything.
