Should Jacksonville stick with Gabbert or Draft another QB 1st round?

They'll obviously get a top 10 pick in this year's draft. Gabbert has shown life but also looked really bad at times. Should they draft another QB to create competition or go for a wide reciever like Justin Blackmon?

P.S. look at the A.J. Green/Andy Dalton combo in Cincinatti both rookies but they're playing great.
