ALL the way back to when he began running the company into the ground?
Not forgetting his $23 million reward for failure either.
"Under Wagoner's leadership, GM suffered more than $85 billion in losses."

The only reason he is incompetent is because he let the UAW push him around!! They sell cars at a loss thanks to UAW pensions from people in the 1960's!!

I'd say we retroactively tax whoever signed that sweet deal the UAW has with GM. Between that ridiculous contract, ugly ass cars and so-so quality, it is no wonder they are in such poor shape.

NO, he didn't take a "golden parachute" or even a silver one. He has worked for GM for 32 years. He worked his way up through the company. He contributed to his pension and retirement throughout the years and some of it is stock. So, he isn't getting or taking a "bonus".

MOLTARROCKS: That contract that you speak of?...It's been long gone. The have renegotiated twice in the last 4 years and are taking more cuts as we speak.
New hires will be paid half of what they would be,
The union will now pay for retirees health care
Health care has been cut
No more overtime
No more jobs bank, which most didn't like in the first place.
etc, etc,
