This morning as I was approaching home from physical training. The path to my house was blocked by a cement truck and other vehicles. I decided to travel in a different direction to get access to my driveway. Well another work vehicle was blocking my driveway. I was a little upset and just parked really close to the truck so the person would have a hard time getting out. In the process, I neglected to notice that I blocked in my neighbor who I have not met yet.
When I was inside the house eating breakfast, the doorbell rang and one of the workers asked if the car outside was mine and I needed to move it, because my neighbor needed to get to work. Well I went outside and saw the neighbor and said, I am sorry, the workers were blocking my way,He responded with, I know but you should not have blocked me, I am trying to get to work. He was was not really too happy, which I do not blame him at all. I am thinking about writing him a letter to apologize, but because of the way he responded to me earlier, I am not sure if he will be very receptive. I am not even going to attempt to go to his door since it is his personal property. Should I write the letter or just let well enough alone?
