Should I wait to get an Iphone (since the rumors of the 4g) or buy it now?

Just wondering on the people's point of view.I'm desperate to get an Iphone but, I'm hearing all these rumors about the 4g is coming out in june/july but I heard it's nothing then I hear other crap! So I really don't know...what do you guys think? A little help here! Thank you!
 
A friend of mine works for Apple and has showed me prototypes of the newest iphone. Yes it will be released (hopefully) sometime in the summer, but Apple is thinking late July early August. As for the name '4 G' it is not title that but instead 'iphone HD'. There is barely any information out on the web as of now but Apple is planning on releasing the decided design within the next month or so. I would definately hold off and wait for the HD.
