Should I Wait To Break The News?

okay I took a home pregnancy test and it was + positive. yay. but I want to be absolutely sure before I me and my fiance tell our family's. Should I go to the doctor before I tell anyone? We lost a little girl at 6 months and I want to make sure everythings okay before we tell.
what do you think?
 
Tell those closest to you, if you want to.
That way, if something did go wrong, and I'm not saying it will, they can help support you, and they can share the joy right now!
 
with me we told our family and my bestfriend but thats all, we went with if we miscarried whose support would we want and those were the people we told, so it's a personal decision but that's how i did it!
 
go to the dr. get a 100% positive result n a ultrasound pic n take it to ur family they will be very excited good luck hope evrythng works out well for u in this pregnancy :)
 
I see nothing wrong with telling your close family - if anything should go wrong I personally would like their support.
But I would tell them that you would like to keep it in your close knit circle. And tell the rest of your friends and family after the first trimester.

But of course the choice is yours.

Honestly, this is a very personal choice for you and your fiance', and I don't think anyone here can really decide that for you. If you want to tell them now, that's acceptable. If you want to wait until you're 12-13 weeks, that's acceptable too. There isn't really a timetable to tell someone you're pregnant!! Good luck and hope you have a very happy, safe, and healthy pregnancy!! =)) ♥
