Should I use wheel adapters on a 1996 Accord Ex changing from 4lugs to 5lugs...

...with 20inch rims? The rims I want is 5lugs. 4lug rims are suppose to discontinue, and 5lugs have more variety to choose from.
Accord is a 4lug. 4x114.3 want to convert to 5x114.3
I want to change it from 4lug to 5lug with the wheel adapters and put 20inch rims on it.
Will it ride and look good?
