Should I try to discuss this with the parent of a child in my daycare?

Okay, the children are napping so I can finally ask this question that's burning a hole in my head. I have accepted the enrollment of a 4 and 1/2 year old boy into my in-home daycare. While doing the interviewing, the parents forgot to mention that their son still uses a pacifier. They told me when they dropped him off this morning. And it's not just at naptime, either, it's all day. The said, and I quote "He loves his pacifier, keep it attached to his clothing with the pacy-keeper" I was too shocked to really say anything at the time, I was just like "Okay". This boy's teeth are all messed up, the two top front teeth are inverted, so his top 4 teeth look like a 'W'. And the bottom for are all crooked. I'm pretty sure excessive pacifier/bottle usage caused this, both my daughter's dentist and pediatrician have warned me about this in the past (my daughter had a pacifier until she was 14 months). I'm not sure if it's my place to discuss this with the parent....more coming, another issue
Another issue: 2 of the toddlers in my care have asked for a pacifier now that they see this child with one, and one of them threw a FIT when I said 'No, you don't need a binkie". I don't want this to be an issue among the children I take care of, either, so what should I do?
I'm not judging, I'm concerned for the child
