It's generally fine. There are a few things you should always check:
*The seller's feedback rating, scan thru to see if there are any negative comments about transactions from other customers.
*Ask any questions you have about the item BEFORE placing a bid.
*Is the game coded for your region, or is it an overseas one? I have found buying overseas electronics are often poor quality and difficult to return, replace or get refunds for.
*Is it marked BNIB (brand new in box) or second hand? - It's more likely to be genuine if it comes in original packaging
*Ask if it is genuine or a burnt copy - don't waste your money on pirate copies, they don't last long and are generally poorer quality.
*Postage costs. Some items have a cheap auction price with ridiculously high postage costs, so include postage when calculating to make sure you can afford it.
*Check if they have a returns policy or money back guarantee in case the item you get does not match the description or is a pirate copy.
Good luck, and happy bidding
