GM is offering 2k cash off 08 Cobalts. I have a 99 Honda Civic that is a decent car but its starting to need work put into it. I still owe 3500$ on it with an interest rate of 13%. Payments are 204 a month. I bought the car used last year. Its got about 65k on it but I wondering if it would make sense to upgrade and get something brand new for about the same payment and with a warrenty.
