should i trade my 94 buick lesabre 177k for a 89 nissan 300zx 277k?

hi i have a 94 Buick lesabre with 177k miles and in good overall condition ..well ive been offered a nissan 300zx with 277k and is also in good condition ..should i trade the guy? ive heard the 300zx hold there value and ive always like the the way the car looked .so give me some advice on weither i should make a deal thx in advance
