Should I tell my boyfriend my ex has nude photos of me?

I was in a relationship with this guy for awhile and he started asking for nude photos of me. Being young and naive, I gave them to him when he wouldn't leave me alone. We went through a really horrible breakup and he's threatened me with them. Since then things have cooled down, but I still don't trust this guy as he's contacted me on and off. I'm afraid that he will become jealous seeing how happy I am with my current boyfriend and send them to him in an attempt to ruin my relationship. Granted, the photos do not have my face in them, but of course my boyfriend knows what my body looks like. I really don't want to lose my boyfriend because he's already had a hard time accepting my past, but at the same time I feel like I'm lying to him when he asks about the skeletons in my closet and I don't tell him about this. If my ex does happen to show him them, is there any legal action I can take? I was 17 when I sent my ex the photos and he was 18 if that counts for anything. Help!
