Should i talk to him? what should i say?

ok so there's this guy in my study hall....i see him everyday and he has gorgeous blueish green eyes.. anyway so i walked in the classrom today and he was looking at me but right when i looked at him he looked away so i walked right in front of him...then towards the end he kept looking over towards where i was sitting and then i got up to throw something away and he was looking and when i was talking to my friend that was a couple rows in front of him....so anyway i like him but we've never talked and i was going to talk to him today but never got a chance and i dont know if he has a girlfriend or not but should i talk to him?...do you think he likes me? i really wanna get to know him but idk wht to say with out looking stupid....if it helps we're in high school
