Should i talk to him or should i move on? please help!!?

There is this guy I think I'm in love with yet, i'm not sure how he feels. We used to be really good firneds and all n then we just drifted apart but I still made attempts to be friends. Then, he just started like ignoring me n then later we started talking again. Then he gives me a hug last for like 30 seconds -swear i couldnt breathe. But now, we stopped talking again becaus i get upset wen i see him flirting with my friends. Then just two days ago I saw him and he was staring at me and we just stopped and were staring at each other for like 3 or 4 seconds. Theres like a lot more between us but i dont know how im supposed to feel cuz were seniors in high school n graduations almost here but now, I just found out we're both headed to the same military branch. i want to be firends with him and stuff but I feel like whenever i do he just pushes me away n wen we dont talk he just acts like he likes me. Please help me figure out what all this means. I have no idea what to make of it. Thanks!!!!
