Should I talk to a woman I often see out running?

Ok, so I generally see this woman when I am working out on my Triathlon bike and she is running. I think she is gorgeous and I like that she is obviously athletic. Should I try talking to her, or do women hate that sort of thing? If it is okay to talk to her while she is working out, how should I go about it?
