Should I take the GRE's, even if the graduate schools I'm applying to don't require it?

Currently I have a 3.020 cumulative g.p.a. and a 3.448 in my major which is sociology but am trying to bump it up in the next two quarters.

When it comes to the other factors (letters of recommendation and personal statement) I am confident that I will do well.

I plan to get a masters in Social Work and am interested in the following schools (most of which don't require the gre test scores):

-Fordham University (Bronx, NY)
-USC (Los Angeles, CA)
-Rutgers the state of New Jersey-New Brunswick (Piscataway, New Jersey).
-Syracuse University (New York)
-California State University Long Beach (Long Beach, CA)

So my question is...SHOULD I TAKE THE GRE'S OR NOT?
