Should I take the Ford or keep the Saturn?

My grandmother wants to give me her car. I don't really need it. Tell me what you think.

My car: 2001 Saturn sedan, 160K miles. Runs OK, mostly rebuilt at 80K miles. 40+ MPG highway.

Her Car: 1994 Ford Crown Victoria. 40K miles. You know that cliche about the car the old lady only used to drive to church on Sundays? Well that is this car. More or less in immaculate condition, but big and something of a gas guzzler (21 mpg highway).

So the Saturn has had a few maintenance issues, and I expect more as it continues its high-mileage life. But I can't get past the difference in gas mileage. I guess the real question is which is a larger sum of money, the sum I will spend maintaining the Saturn or the extra cash spent on gas? For reference I put about 12K miles on the Saturn in an average year.

Any opinions welcome.
