I am a junior who scored very well on the ACT (33). I plan on taking it again, as I didn't finish two of the sections, and I know I can do better.
This was the first time taking the writing test--I've taken the ACT without it twice before. (24 in 6th or 7th grade, 31 as a sophomore).
My writing score was horribly pathetic. It's scored from 2 to 12 and I got a 6--that is in the 29th percentile. Really bad.
My question is, should I try again to get a decent score in writing or forgo that part from now on and pretend I never took it?
