i was in the middle of a repair on my motor, took my motor out of my bike and had one side of the motor taken apart, my gf and i moved into an apartment, and i left it there for just two weeks then she calls and says that she threw out my motor, really she threw it in the trash can and set it on the curb, didn't try and call and see what to do with it, she threw it away, should i take her to court, all i have now it a frame and wheels. nothing to go on.
her mom already hates me, i have no clue y, she is one to say that she wasnt in the wrong, i will try and see what she says about paying for a motor, at one moment i had a total bike and now i got nothin really, who wants a bike with no motor..
we were not tenants, you have to post in the newspaper that such and such is getting evicted and has a chance to get their stuff.
