Should i take my friend to a dance even though i have a girlfriend?

Should i tell my girlfriend im going in a group? if she says no should i listen?
Theres a dance next week. Im going, my girlfriend might not. I havent asked her yet. My friend asked me to go with her, and i said if my girlfriend doesnt want to go with me then sure. But before the dance id be at her house taking pictures in a group, and there would be a group of us. My girlfriend hates dances but i wanna go. What should i do, should i go with my friend? Should i not go at all if my girlfriend doesnt go?

if ur gf refuses u can surely go with ur frn,but it's ur responsibility that you make your gf feel comfortable so just make sure she is alright with your friend.
