should i take my dog dog out for a walk while she is in heat?

I have a 6 month old shih tzu and she has just come into her first season this morning . Would it be recommended to take her on her regular walk ? . Please no answers saying i should get her spayed and so on and so on . I would like to breed her once when she is 2 yrs old then i shall get her done . All i would like to know is , should i take her out for a walk ? .

It should be fine as long as you keep her on the leash. Even if there are no other dogs around she will be inclined to run off and find them. Try taking her out when there will be no other owners with their dogs, Either early or late (Not advised if you live somewhere unsafe at night)
