A friend took over payments, and was to buy the car from me because I was going through a rough time. 4 months has past and she has only made 1 payment and only given me $200 she doesn't even talk to me about making payments and avoids talking $$ with me YET I hear her taking people out left and right and now I'm getting upset I feel I should of kept the car if this was the case its still in my name! Is it wrong of me to ask for it back, and if not any suggestions on the best way to go about it?
Should i take back MY car if she isnt making the Payments? ?
