should i switch to the palm centro?

my friend gave me the palm centro for verizon because he did not want it anymore. i have the env touch now. my mom wont pay for the data plan which eliminates pic/video messaging. which kind of sucks. if i really needed that picture or video that person could just send it to my email and ill take a pic from the computer. i do like the palm better. i like it a lot because it has a way longer battery life. alls i use a phone for is texting and calling people. i can do the same with the centro but wiith a longer battery life. please let me know if you think i shouild switch. i could switch back to my env touch any time
