sooo.....
basically, i grew up in my current dance studio. i know mostly everybody there, i love almost all of the teachers and I'm really close friends with a lot of people there. we've all been through alot together there; inside jokes, ridiculous ballet metaphors, injuries, spirit days, recitals, people leaving, and when graduating seniors leave for college... so if you cant tell already, im incredibally emotionally attatched to this place. the class structure is good, and we learn alot, but i dont feel like im being challenged enough. Theres another studio that is actually closer to me, that im considering going to. Its bigger, i have a few friends there, and judging by the way they dance, its much more serious than my school is. Dancing is what i want to do with my life. I want to open up a studio, teach classes, inspire students like my teachers have to many students. My parents tell me if i want to get really serious about this, i should switch schools. I know i seem kind of young to be worrying about my future and what i want to do with my life but I feel like i have to get it done now. I've litterally had emotional break-downs where ill just sit and cry because i love my school so much but i dont want to just have dance as a hobby. (a lifestyle instead) but my life. I really need help with this! thanks :P
