Should i switch from at&t to Sprint? Which is better?

i want the exclaim phone !
and at&t is soo expensive , and if i order my phone offline wthey wont charge me an activation fee ,the phone is free & overnight shipping FOR FREE
and the bill will be 69.99 a month should i switch???
